Return and exchange process

**No Refund, No Return Policy**

Thank you for shopping with Mode Marco. Please read our policy on refunds and returns carefully before making a purchase:

1. **No Refunds:** We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.  

2. **No Returns:** We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at contact@modemarco.ca with details of the product and the defect. See our exchange policy below for all the details and procedures.

3. **Defective or Damaged Products:** If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@modemarco.ca so we can resolve the issue.

4. **Cancellation:** Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

**Exchange Policy for Wrong Size**

At Mode Marco, we understand that sometimes the size you ordered may not be quite right. Here’s how we handle exchanges for incorrect sizes:

1. **Eligibility:** We accept exchanges for items purchased in the wrong size if they meet the following conditions:
   - The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
   - The exchange request must be initiated within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
   - Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

2. **Exchange Process:**
   - Contact our customer service team at contact@modemarco.ca within 10 business days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.
   - Provide your order number and specify the item you wish to exchange, along with the correct size you need.
   - Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

3. **Return Shipping:** Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when exchanging items due to incorrect sizing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. **Processing Time:** Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the correct size to you. The processing time may vary depending on product availability and shipping location.

5. **Final Sale Items:** Please note that certain items, such as clearance or sale items, may not be eligible for exchanges. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
